Currently a local mkdocs setup is needed. With GitHub Actions publication can be instant on commit.
Will be easy as described in the Medium.com article.

not sure to report here or on pygeoapi @tomkralidis, this relates to process https://demo.pygeoapi.io/master/processes/pygeometa-metadata-generate/execution

i often get error messages of the process, but they are returned with a status 200, for me it is hard to determine if metadata generation was successfull (and the result is a record) or failed (and the result is a error message)

Minor potential improvements to the "Install in 5 minutes" instructions provided on https://pygeoapi.io/

1. remove vi example-config.yml
   • no changes are applied to this file and this step is not required
   • an alternative could be more example-config.yml if the goal is to display the config file before moving on with the instructions
2. update the curl http://localhost:5000 line
   • this instruction will not work in the same terminal window after pygeoapi serve is ran. Maybe specify it needs to be ran in a new terminal window?
3. suggest heading to http://localhost:5000 in a web browser
   • that's where pygeoapi's html representation can be accessed

It seems that the -c option has been removed so the command should be :
pygeoapi openapi generate $PYGEOAPI_CONFIG > $PYGEOAPI_OPENAPI

Environment

• OS: Ubuntu 20
• Python version: 3.8.10
• pygeoapi version: version 0.11.dev0

favicon.ico is now only visible in Home. Best is to move it to root dir and refer in HTML template as /favicon.ico as other resources in site, even images, will always try that path. See also this story.

Update https://pygeoapi.io/presentations to include resources such as videos.

Should we also change URL from presentations to resources ?
