I'm using Greenhopper to create a POC Azure Function based off of the sample in your code. I'm unable to have the Azure Function point to your Program.cs to run first. Is there a reason why Program.cs is used rather than Startup.cs?

I'm running the GetForecastAsync() method and getting the following error

"Invalid EmissionsForecast"

I use the following data as inputs
{ "region": "WestUS", "processDurationInMinutes": 5, "processTimeFrameInHours": 8 }

var optimalTime = await _greenHopperService.GetForecastDataAsync(region, DateTimeOffset.UtcNow.AddDays(1), processTimeFrameInHours, processDurationInMinutes);

Wanted to check if this is expected.
