Ladders based on MACD

Take the current MACD and depending of the difference and the difference side, then use that to cast a ladder. For example, right now the MACD difference: +0.0003, this could then be a small long ladder. Then if the difference was -0.0025 this would be a larger short ladder.

Populate last price in the Price/Start price input

When loading the page, or changing the symbol, get the current prices of the instrument and use to populate the Price/Start Price inputs. This would help users to recognise where their prospective order/ladder is in relation to the last price.
