Unable to order on MainNet

When placing an order on the MainNet, the order confirmation screen appears to do nothing. This is on LiLo version 1.0.2 build 28

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Fill in a valid order
  3. Click on the order button.
  4. On the Order Confirmation screen click the Confirm button.

Expected behavior
I expect the order status to be updated accordingly (created, rejected, etc.).

Additional context

Negative quantity in order

Describe the bug
When setting up an order, it is possible to incorrectly have as an order a negative quantity.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to orders
  2. Set the quantity to 3
  3. Set the rungs to 7
  4. Click on order
  5. The order confirmation view shows as a quantity for order #7 a value of -3

Expected behavior
When ordering the quantity should either be validated as being greater than the number of rungs, or the order confirmation should only list the number of rungs where the quantity is 1 or greater.
