Add image augmentation
Right now the only pre-processing/augmentation is scaling images to [-1, 1].
A good next step would be to add the pre-processing defined in model/embeddings/inception_preprocessing.py to the data pipeline.
Cropped images do not keep their aspect ratio
dataset/imagenetvid/scripts/crop_imagenet.py is cropping square images of objects but it's not retaining the original aspect ratio.
As an improvement, it should retain the aspect ratio and maybe fill the extra padding with the average color of the crop.
