GHCJS supposes that attached callbacks should be released by program, onEven already returns release callback, but addEvent does not.

• implement onSingleEvent which will release callback immediately after it was executed first time
• think how to release callbacks in Perch monad

Research possibility of migration from JSStrings to generalized type IsString a.

The package is licensed under the MIT license according to the Cabal file and the LICENSE file,but https://github.com/geraldus/ghcjs-perch/blob/master/src/GHCJS/Perch.hs claims to be licensed under GPLv3. Is this mismatch intentional?

Could a new hackage version be minted?

Implement functions to get and manipulate elements by id in terms of getElementById which is faster than querying functions.
Think about two possible options: safe and unsafe

Unfortunately I don't yet understand the internals of ghcjs to know how to update ghjs-perch by myself.
