Tools which have auto repair materials will not repair in container blocks, even though they technically should

Sometimes the tool forge refuses to provide the item, no matter how you click the tool forge.
I get the feeling this is caused by the mod not properly clearing out empty parts.

When you open a tool forge, you get synced to that tool forge, and then if anyone edits that tool forge then your tool forge gui shows their tool (issue with assorted utils probably, but it might have to do with dynamic weaponry)

My game crashed when it tried to load this mod instead of displaying that it was missing the required mod Assorted Utils, which I wasn't aware of.

After trying to place a dynamic weapon in an item frame, I got disconnected from my server:
