system to rate some carriers

First, create a user and login the application. The first screen shows the crud of carriers, you can rate the carriers in "Carriers Rating" link .

This system is developed in Visual Studio 2015, and the database used in the project is the Microsoft Sql Server 2014. To run it follow this simple steps:

1. Open solution on Visual Studio 2015.
2. Build solution to download all dependencies.
3. The Migration is configured with AutomaticMigrationsEnabled and this auto generate the database on the first running.
4. There's a connection string in the file web.config, if necessary, you can change the user or connection.
