XML-SemanticDiff

Semantically compare two XML files for equivalence. This is done while
ignoring whitespace variations in the text as well as several 
permutations in the order of the tags.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install
