Whenever the terminal is resized, Apache quits with this message:

[mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 494] AH00170: caught SIGWINCH, shutting down gracefully

Bug description

Adding a .htaccess under /www/ with the following content
RewriteEngine On RewriteRule .* index.php
It doesn't change the url to index.php, but stays either on the page (if found) or throws a 404 status code.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a file with the above content
• change the url to for example /test/
• outcome will be a status 404

Expected behavior

I would expect to end up at the index.php file, not a status 404.
