Tigris Bot Framework
Tigris is modern Telegram bot framework written in PHP. Currently it is in a deep alpha, so it's api is very unstable.
Usage
Extend the Tigris\Bot class to create your own bot implementation
class SampleBot extends \Tigris\Bot
