The ./scripts/multisig-join.sh script is not working correctly. The participant trying to join the group gets the error ERR: ConfirmDoer.startCounselor() takes 5 positional arguments but 7 were given

I'm currently using kli version 1.0.0

Once I ran the source ./source.sh as stated in the getting-started guide, the terminal alert -bash: secret storage option required and terminate the session.

Currently things seem to work on macos

• tr'ing of output
• kli export command
• check mount points (add ./scripts ./data)

Currently it defaults to the 'security' command this was for posterity and conformity with GAR. This is obsolete.

My suggestion is that we make any of --insecure, --op, --kc required.

So any command requires a security option.

Something is currently wrong with provenant's witness4. When I attempt to curl it, it doesn't respond.

When I run kli local watch, the command gets to the place in the first alias's witness list where it's attempting to talk to Provenant's witness4, and hangs. It never times out. The only way to continue is to press CTRL+C, which aborts the rest of the command. This means I can't get any watching behavior for any other aliases, or on the fifth witness for the first alias, because of the hang on the 4th witness of the first alias.

This is distinct from the behavior that happens if I have an alias that is damaged. I have one of those. When the watch command runs for that alias, it contacts each witness in its list, waits for a while, fails to receive any events, and writes a red error message, then continues on to the next witness.

I suggest that the command needs to be altered in two ways:

1. It should be possible to watch a specific alias rather than just all of them.
2. We need to use a timeout to prevent hangs. (I'm not sure why the timeout works for damaged aliases but not for unresponsive witnesses.)

The vLEI reporting API is currently outdated and only supports kli present.

A new version that supports IPEX grant and admit should be made available.
