each PR comes with terms: price, interest rate, max
Alice sets a norm of $100/hr and claims #hrs in each PR
(If Alice were at XYZ.com she might make $200K/yr.; one could derive norms from that...)

e.g. PR1 $100 price, 70% annual interest compounded continuously, max 10x
David fixes a bug; Alice's acceptance of the PR is acceptance of a compensation agreement.

Suppose Alice's contribution prices total roughly $10,000 as of first release.

Bob make a call. costs him 0.00001 USD.
advertises
Carol, etc. make 50,000,000 calls to the thing

Folks that know AZ, IA politics can contribute tzinfo updates and get compensated for it.
