Odd settings glitch when running in Yamagi Quake about q25_game HOT 5 OPEN

Delete config-file and retry?

I deleted the config.cfg in the pack's folder and nothing happened. The settings didn't even reset to default for some reason. It's like they were saved elsewhere.
Also that's the only setting that keeps resetting itself, all the others save just fine.

Yamagi usually saves some config in your User's documents directory, e.g.: {User}\Documents\YamagiQ2\Quake225ACU\config.cfg.
In case you're in Linux look in your home directory for .yq2.

Oh, there it is. No wonder I couldn't find it.
And... nothing. Settings resetted otherwise, but issue still persists.

The same thing happens for me in YQ2, with the player viewmodel also being inverted. I'm running YQ2 in portable mode.
