Project based on the paper Zapperi, S., Lauritsen, K.B. and Stanley, H.E., 1995. Self-organized branching processes: mean-field theory for avalanches. Physical review letters, 75(22), p.4071.

Run main.py then type 1, 2, 3 or 4 to choose which graph to visualise.

Avalanche models and parameters can be customised in visulation.py in methods reproduce_figure2_paper() and reproduce_figure3_paper().
