linkding-companion

A simple extension for Chromium based browsers (tested on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) for Linkding, a self hosted bookmarking service.

Installation & Usage

You can install the extension from Chrome Extension Store.

Add customizable shortcut option

Show warning if linkding url is empty in the settings

Currently extension does not give a warning if the url is empty and still try to add bookmark and gets 404 error. Show an error or open settings page.

Automate upload & publish with actions

https://github.com/marketplace/actions/extension-upload might be a good start.
