Add the command to run the generator

Please update the .travis.yml properly

TODO:

• Generate from schema for primitive type (#7)
• Handle that using $ref in component (#9)
• Generate from non primitive type(#10)
• Handle array properly

Command package to start the generated App using CLI.
These command tasks are:

• Init all the service struct
• Start the HTTP server
• Make program runnable via CLI

Make Goruda generate the code outside Goruda package (has its own package) and fully integrated with go module
