Thanks a lot for this great resource of scRNA-seq datasets. I'm raising this issue because I'd like to know the version of the reference genome that you used to produce the raw count data, the tool and parameters that you used (STAR? TopHat?) and the reference or GEO identifier of dataset iPSC.

Hi, when I run your code

install_github('gongx030/scDatasets')

It said

Warning: namespace ‘SummarizedExperiment’ is not available and has been replaced by .GlobalEnv when processing object ‘blakeley’

Basically, it cannot find package or namespace ‘SummarizedExperiment’
Would you please explain why this happened? Thanks.
