Translator is ignoring too many sector updates once a driver has pitted. It
should ignore at most two. I beleive this is a change from the previous
feed behaviour.

Merge f1fixup into f1tmsutility

Show top 10 fastest drivers in the session (i.e. ordered by fatest lap time).

Missing lap times on driver timing history during qualifying.

If UI is loaded prior to the session start the timing does not update.

Suggest having a "start" button if the session status is "Finished"

ensure lap times are formatted as m:ss.fff

The live message sequences have changed. The feed is publishing far more 
ClearGridRowMessage than usual. This results in incorrect translations.

Losing Internet connectivity causes the application to crash.

Ideally the app would be able to continue after the connection is restored,
albeit with some historical data missing. This is essentially the same as
if the feed itself was interrupted.

Visifire threw during spanish qually. Log attached.

Use Cyan instead of Blue in the GridColourColumnConverter

Translator should not publish a set S1 time when S2 is cleared when the S1
column has no value.

Review Spanish qually TMS for example.

In race session, display the driver position relative to thier start
position in the header of the driver timing component.

Not sure about U0 for no change though.

PropertyDescriptor#SetValue should wrap argument exceptions that occur when the 
type conversion is not possible.

Add processing of speed and speed trap messages.

Why not add GP Name/date to recorded TMS files?
I suppose that oficial service don't provide this data but diuring live sesion 
it's posible to get this data by downloading official live timing web page 
parse it and add own special type of message at the begining of the TMS file or 
simply create some header in this files. It will be wery usefull when playing 
recorded sesion

Fixup all timing messages stores.

The stream does not ping the socket until a read has completed. This could 
cause a hang if the remote socket does not send any initial data.

The commentary tab should not affect the size of the app.

The translator should generate a SetDriverCompletedLapsMessage when a
driver pits.

Give focus to the username -> password -> login button depending on the
state of the screen.

Assumption that a driver has a previous sector time in 
LiveMessageTranslator#TranslateSetSectorTimeValue results in a 
NullReferenceException.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean download
2. Run build.bat or build-release.bat

Building appears to work on my machine. I'm seeing a few warnings about
unused code / variables.

It would be nice to see the drop out zone in Q1 & Q2.

A different background colour (slightly lighter grey?) of the drivers in the 
drop out zone would easily identify those who are not going to make it 
through.

Crashed during refresh just prior to Q3
