Quota clarification

In https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/admob-firebase-codelabs-101-android#8 there's:

Note: You can identify up to 50 custom event parameters per project (40 numeric and 10 text-based).

Is "40 numeric and 10 text-based" still a valid requirement? I don't see differentiation when creating new dimensions in Firebase Analytics -> Custom Definition web console.
Also, in "Quota information" there's only info about event scoped custom dimensions:

I haven't also seen this requirement in other google docs hence the question ๐Ÿ˜‰

QuickDrawView#onDraw() needs to call setter method for matrix

In the onDraw() method of QuickDrawView, the Android Studio 3.5 compiler complains that a Canvas object's matrix property cannot be set directly. Instead, you must call setMatrix():

override fun onDraw(canvas: Canvas) {
    super.onDraw(canvas)

    with(canvas) {
      save()
      setMatrix(mtrx)
      drawPath(path, paint)
      restore()
    }
  }
