Cloud build Ledger unstable / broken about bank-of-anthos HOT 5 CLOSED

Hi @sergiohinojosa! Could you describe what commands you used to build, and what repo commit you used?

I just tried with the latest commit using skaffold run --default-repo=gcr.io/my-image-repo --profile development and did not run into any building issues.

Well thats the thing, I'm not sure which command is the one or exactly how to reproduce it, but once it happens and I can't fetch the dependencies, the ledger module (and its submodules) are stuck and can't be build. The only way I found that could fix it is to restart my MAC, which is the oddest thing to do having a MAC. Maybe some file that is locked or some configuration that changes on restart?

Can I create this cyclic issue when I move the tags manually in GCP? I'm testing some CICD Stuff with loadtests and I have scripts that compare lets say release 1.0.1 vs 1.0.2. So sometimes I assign a tag manually to another image.

P.S. at the moment it has not happened again, specially since I'm focusing on another part of the project.

By MAC you mean your Apple Mac device correct? Originally I thought you meant you were resetting your network's MAC address, just want to make sure we're on the same page.

I'm not aware of any files that get locked. In fact, I've never seen this issue despite using my Mac to do builds and deployments.

Yes, I mean an Apple MacBook Pro M1. Like you actually never have to reboot this kind of machines, specially for solving issues. But it does solve this one. I'll be modifying code soon and compiling again, if I run into the issue I'll try to see exactly how to reproduce it.
