Clarifying: you disabled tracing & metrics in each of the services before deploying, correct?

I can confirm the same error (on GDC virtual) even with the tracing and metrics env variable set to false. It only seems to affect the balance-reader, ledger-writer and transaction-history pod. Coincidentally, they have both the tracing and metrics variable where else the rest with only tracing variable works fine after setting it to false.

@ashishujjain and @chunkyen, can you verify you see the same behavior with the new v0.6.3 release?
