I'm facing an issue where pybb_time is sometimes showing future time.
When debugging I saw that the issue is caused by the following line of code in templatetags/pybb_tags.py

if context['user'].is_authenticated():
    if time.daylight:
        tz1 = time.altzone
    else:
        tz1 = time.timezone
    tz = tz1 + util.get_pybb_profile(context['user']).time_zone * 60 * 60
    context_time = context_time + timedelta(seconds=tz)

the amount of time getting added here to the original time is unnecessary

1st line is the original time and 2nd line is the time after the extra delta addition
