Enable users to customize some tags (with limited length) for their items.

• tags will be stored in settings of items table currently
• tags can be set through builder(compose)

To follow the actual convention, let's call the table category instead of all_categories

Types have been lifted up to @graasp/sdk.
Check that types match to their use in the plugin.

refactor the endpoints getItemsInCategories, return list of whole items instead of just the item id.

When you copy and paste the whole content of db-schema, it throws an error. The main reason is that the categories refers to category type ids, which doesn't exist. Update the db-schema to include the necessary insert for the category types as well.

We should check for private endpoints that the user has access to the related item.

!!! Do not change the task, as they are used in public calls. Instead, update the task-manager.
