Edit the plugin to also be used by the apps to store files

some way of going trough all the fileItems (and s3 file item (?)) and calculating how much space a member is taking.

should this be something separate? it's own plugin? so that it works for both file-item and s3-file-item?
the plugin could take as options the item types to look into and the size property in them, and this way it could work for both item types.

Update package-local and migrate to npm 7 and node 16

Do not forget to handle public endpoints.

Ideally it should provide all the logic but let the possibility to provide the item/do not check the memberships.

on upload check if member's storage usage + new file's size crosses the limit for the member.

When trying to retrieve a file with non ASCII characters, the backend throws the following error :

"err":{"type":"NodeError","message":"Invalid character in header content [\"content-disposition\"]"

This can be solved by generating valid content-disposition header. There are tools that allows to generate headers with non-ASCII chars :
ex : content-disposition package
