Idea: record url in metadata of events

If there are no events, don't fire the fetch()

What happens if two pages with tracking are opened and used simultaneously? Won't that corrupt the replay?

Add docs note about compressing django_rrweb_event table

Currently the count, length, etc. fields are computed as annotations. This is too slow for slow databases. Better option is to cache them on the model instead.

I had thought of using database triggers for this but those are unfortunately not cross-platform. I'm afraid it'll have to be done in the code.
