In some cases, the local recipient is not reported and is replaced by whatever the recipient specifies in the To header (like noreply.github.com for GitHub notification emails). This should be replaced by the local recipient email.

Document how to install Mailfunnel and how to configure each adapter.

Currently, Mailfunnel doesn't check whether there are multiple to addresses. If there are multiple addresses specified in the To header, Mailfunnel reads the first e-mail address and uses it as the recipient and uses the entire string as the From address.

This issue causes Postmark to reject the forwarded inbound messages because the from header is too long.

This issue requires the following things to be done:

• Split the To header into separate addresses (probably split on comma).
• Find the local recipient address (probably requires some knowledge on which domains are hosted - which is a big change).
• Report the additional recipients somewhere else?

Make Mailfunnel installable through Composer by adding it on Packagist.
