Chrome blocks text in number inputs, but apparently IE 11 doesn't.

Right now, there's nothing stopping a student from sending out multiple question requests. They don't have accounts, but we could store the key of their request in local storage (we actually get the key before we set the data when we call push()).

We have to see what local storage capabilities IE 11 has. It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to work in most cases.

If time is less than 10 seconds, print "Just now".
If time is less than 1 minutes, print "Less than a minute ago."
For above 1 minute, round to the nearest minute, and print "_ minutes ago."

IE 11 doesn't support notifications, but Android does. Let's see how hard it is to add them.
