Hello, I am using ggbio to print the reads aligned and the coverage. I am using this bam file:

samtools view -H 20171024.bam
@hd VN:1.3 SO: coordinate
@sq SN:D_HS_LSU_modif LN:5071
@pg ID:minimap2 PN:minimap2 VN:2.5-r601-dirty CL:minimap2 -ax map-ont ../20171024.fastq
The program loads the bam file:
ga<-readGAligments("20171024.bam", use.names=T)
p1<-autoplot(ga, geom="rect")
extract information ...
Error in min(c(x, xmin), na.rm=T): invalyd 'type' (list) of argument
... same thing for coverage
Do I missing something, may be because are long reads?
