Rading package tar and giving it away with proper headers.

Create and show path to it in solar-server info output

Give users an instruction how to upload their first package if no package uploaded at server.

Module doesn't needed in defaultFields, unusedFields and correct top-level functions. They could be removed with build-in Aeson functionnality ((.:?))

Package should be received, unpacked for getting all needed information.
Info from .sllar file and correct structire of folder should be checked.
If it's OK - store info in packages.json, copy package to packages.
If it's not - send error to client and delete tmp files.

Some strange behaviour of tar library. In some cases it give away "bad tar trailer" message.

Collect and store information about all packages, available at server.

1. Retrieving data
2. Unpacking the package.
3. Storing .sl files in $TMT_HOME/Libraries/
4. Recording information about installed package in installed_packages.json

Code should be warning-free

Take a look at PIP's way to do this.
Packages should be encrypted with some two-way encryption algorithm.
