1. Install Node (tested on v.8.13)
2. Install dependencies & start:

$ npm install
$ npm run start

3. Go to http://localhost:8080/

• run tests

$ npm run test
$ npm run test:watch

• build for production with minification

$ npm run build // gh-pages config

• test the production build locally at https://localhost:8080

$ npm run serve:dev // localhost config <- run this
$ npm run serve // gh-pages config
