I'm a novice; spent ~30 minutes troubleshooting and can't figure where to adjust the solution to fix this error:

2018-01-10T22:59:53.102 Exception while executing function: Functions.dbGitSlnTest. Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Script: One or more errors occurred. System.Data: ExecuteNonQuery requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed.

I've tried adjusting the timeout value in my connection string, and validated that the same rebuild query will work using SSMS. It is strange that the same command fails when run by the function app. I'm using an HTTP trigger.
