Не корректное пополнение счета клиента превышающего 2_000_000_000 (два миллиарда рублей)
Используем фукциональность для пополнения клиенского счета.

- Открываем функциональность- код для пополнения счета.
- вносим переменные баланс 2_000_000_000 и перевод 500_000_000.
- включаем программу.

В жидаеммый результат : счет пополнился и стал равен 2_500_000_000 .

Фактический результат : -1794967296.

Тестирование производилось в следующем окружении:
- Windows 10 x64
- JDK11 Java
