First off, I'm constantly working with JavaScript and TypeScript so this is a big help and a nice break from working in the Terminal 24/7. I absolutely love what you're doing here, and if you'll let me, I'd like to help develop it.

Second, I do have some feature suggestions. Yarn integration is a big one since I've recently adapted it and Yarn has a lot of benefits like Cache, Offline Packages, and most of all Speed. Giving the user the ability to install with Yarn would make a lot of people happy I can assure you.

After update, i lost 2 dependencies: gatsby-cli and jshint. I didn't know some how I lost them but I think this is seriously fatal error.

Windows Defender for Windows 10 is preventing the install of this app.

I'm on Windows 10 and I never get past please wait.., screen.
It's been like that for more than 20 mins how much I had it open...
nothing happened.
