You model modification is excellent and I read your paper. Excellence inference at this stage (before random serology surveys on infected are published).

However, I could not find either here in your github or in the paper the IFRs computed. I see the input IFR's which appear (without digging) to be essentially the same as the Imperial Model's pre-fork, but not the computed results. If you could run the model and perhaps save the time series data needed to make the plots plus the IFR data as csv's (small modification to the code) it would be immensely helpful. I could do same, but the Imperial model run even in debug mode took hours, and my review of the code did not see a place to compute the IFRs.
