What happens?

Well, sometimes a container get messy and I want to refresh it from scratch.

Ideas / How you would like it to be?

How about we can bin/docky up woocommerce mywc then bin/docky refresh mywc?

What happens?

Currently if you want to run a stopped container, you gonna need to

1. Check which container id you want to run: docker ps -a.
2. Then, execute docker start <container_id>.

Ideas / How you would like it to be?

Would be nicer if we can start a stopped container by using Docky himself.

For example:
If you boot up a container through Docky, ./bin/docky up woocommerce mywc.
Then, we should be able to execute ./bin/docky wakeup mywc or something like that so we don't need to look up and start a stopped container from docker command.
