Following compiler values should be implemented with two profiles:

• development
  -XmethodNameDisplayMode FULL

• production
  -XdisableCastChecking

• These options should not be turned on automatically, depends on your work:
  -generateJsInteropExports
  -logLevel
  -compileReport

OK, I will move with a new starter for crysknife... In the meantime I updated the elemento template only with GWT 2.9 and Java 11 ... Everything works as expected but I will delete the example with elemento template...

We need to update to the newest DominoKit which is now released on Maven Central.

The old GWTBootstrap3 seems not be maintained anymore so we need to move to this newer GWTBootstrap3: https://github.com/treblereel/gwtbootstrap3

... and all the starters and examples should work properly with the new versions.

Because it mixes the classpath of the client and server project in GWT.

All the "*-with-spring-boot" should be deleted.
