Migrate to Typescript

Mostly for alignment with jsapp-boilerplate. Syntax is similar, so should be okay.

Set up GitHub Action to autodeploy

Pixelsort: Use an iterator to get the next coordinate to be scanned

So we can have things like diagonal or spiral sorting sequences.

Decouple working pixel buffer from HTML canvas

While convenient, canvas has limitations

Difficult or impractical to pass to wasm/Rust for optimised conversion of frames
Unable to work natively in different colour spaces (Lab or HSV, for example)
Difficult to parallelise work in tiles easily
