When using all providers (three right now), all the comments on tickets can get a bit too much. Would be good to be able to tell Squyre not to add any comment if nothing bad is found for an enrichment.

The current geo function uses "ip-api.com", which does not allow for non-commercial use. Assuming that someone is going to want to run Squyre in a commercial environment at some point, this is too restrictive - they would have to disable this function in order to avoid breaching the terms of service.

ipapi.com (note the missing hyphen) is used by some other tools like this, and has better terms of use. It does require signup/API key, but that is fine.

Suggest reworking the function to use ipapi.com instead of ip-api.com.

At the moment, if one enrichment function fails during a run, the whole execution fails. This is not ideal, if one service fails we'd still like to see the results from the other functions that did not fail.
