MIPSfpga demo project
=====================

0. extract rtl_up/ dir from MIPSfpga-Getting-Started-v1.2.zip
into rtl/ dir.

So rtl/ dir will contain these dirs:

    rtl
     |__ mipsfpga-plus
     |__ rtl_up
     |__ uart16550-1.5


1. Add Quartus II bin/ dir to the PATH, e.g.

    $ export PATH=$PATH:/opt/altera/13.1/quartus/bin

or change QUARTUS variable definition in make_project.sh


2. Run make_project.sh

    $ ./make_project.sh <board> [<project dir>]

E.g.

    $ ./make_project.sh de0-nano

the proj/ dir will be created.


3. Compile the project

    $ cd proj
    $ make
