Using go image libraries, maybe in a goroutine:

1. Create a mask using the embedded PNGs
2. Create an image of colour representing the percentage battery (i.e. 60% would have a 40% band at the top in white, 60% colour at the bottom)
3. Apply the mask to the image, creating a coloured icon.
4. Apply the coloured icon to the systray
5. Cache the mask and the final image for the given percentage

Colour could be green for above threshold, red for below threshold, blue for charging
