We should have a CI configured.
Probably we're just gonna use CircleCI.

This task should be considered done if:

• When opening a PR, the CI is triggered and all tests are executed

We should remove the CONTRIBUTING line as this project is closed source :)

Get rid of index.js and start adding the actual project structure, like express.js boilerplate with middlewares etc

We should use something like DataDog or LogEntries to aggregate the application logs, making it easier to follow and search

To avoid using console.log and to leverage logging capture/parsing, we should use a proper logger like escriba

With the CirlcleCI configured, we should now setup a deployment workflow.
Not sure whether we should use Heroku or Zeit's now.sh.

We'll be using https://github.com/pagarme/tldr templates.

For some reason "cache steps" on CircleCI are failing.
We should investigate what's happening and fix it.

Let's just stick with eslint + stardardjs
