Crash loop on labca-boulder on final install step about labca HOT 3 CLOSED

Eventually the GUI timed out and reported the following:

OOPS
Some unexpected error occurred!

Diagnostics
These log files might help you determine what the problem is:

FAILED to get 1 of mysqld
FAILED to get 21 of bin/boulder (only have 0)
curl: (7) Failed to connect to boulder port 4001: Connection refused

Please make sure that the labca-bconsul-1 container is running ok.

If that doesn't help, try recreating all containers. From inside the build dir:

docker compose stop
docker compose rm -f
docker compose up -d
