List the regions on the sidebar.
This includes the following:

• Select by clicking
• Multiple selects

When moving the regions / rect prevent the user from placing it outside of the canvas as xibo layouts only allow regions inside of the layout.

Snap the regions when resizing the same as moving

When a region is selected either by clicking on the canvas or selecting it on the right side (activeObject), open a panel on the sidebar and show and make the left, top, width, height, name and z-index editable.
This only works when 1 region is selected.

Create a global settings tab for the following:

• Layout name
• shadow settings for all regions
• Set image as background
• Set gradient as background

When moving the region snap on the center of the other regions with the own center of the moving object

When moving multiple regions at once the snapping breaks and tries to snap to invisible regions

When moving and resizing the region allow only integer values
