Hey there! I'm the guy from the Bluesky thread. According to their website[0], they do not cover the area of the Red Sea. I've tried around more than I'd like to admit until I found out, looking up AIS data for the Red Sea on other ressources[2, 3]. Setting the bounding box coordinates to another area worked percetly fine for me printing the ship id as well as the latitude and longitude of each vessel.
