Describe the solution you'd like
Write a parser that converts the vector of tokens from infix notation to postfix (also known as reverse polish) notation using the shunting yard algorithm.

• Order of operation matters.
• Check for syntax or math errors.

Describe the bug
If an expression contains int_lit with two or more digits, the tokenize() method will create a token for each digit.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. neon 12+2
2. See error

int_lit = 12
int_lit = 2
+
int_lit = 2

Expected behavior
The above should produce three tokens 12, + and 2 but it produces four instead.

Describe the bug
tokenize() method in Tokenizer class doesn't check for token type float_lit.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. neon "1.0 + 1"
2. See error

Expected behavior
No error should be thrown because 1.0 should be added as float_lit in tokens
