Create a UI for entropy application, using Shiny framework.

Create special UI input element to have an ability to control threshold parameter. (smth like a slider which can show current value)
Also program must save the last chosen value of threshold to resurrecting it after new opening. (save its value in *.ini file)

Create a button "Data" for file searching in hard drive.
Save this path towards data file into *.ini file.

Create a button "Computation", if the last one was activated, make entropy calculation with displaying the result .

Functional have to divide on several parts:

1. Display plot (input vector) with opportunity of scalability towards both axes (include any data values).
2. Maximize plot's area which will be demonstrated (with small indents).
3. All axes must be digitized.
