Saw this issue, case is 0 but a lot of case listed out

it means the case isn't resolved yet.. but there is no new case assigned,, if new case that hasn't been read will have red title..

For those cases (that doesnt had been read), if you click those on the bottom, it doesnt link to any case, try using my account, and have a look

note: when you click on any cases, there's extra path on the url, then you click "refresh", it doesnt seem to refresh

Add on:
Each Stream by default is 30 Thread, if the "case#id" is not within the 30 thread, when user click, it doesnt go to the case#id.

case ID #46, is at FB thread, around 3, 4 times clicking "load more"
case 46 will only appear on top if It's loaded out in the FB stream.
