Thread Status Should Change on Reply

Posted another comment in the same thread on FB, after that comment/engagement synced into DCMS. The “Open” status changed to “Replied” and the “Ribbon” shown read.

! A thread status should be changed when that thread are replied by DCMS user via the system.

Notifications: Cases

The Assigner & Recipient should be able to see the assigned cases in their Notification.

User Action not clear in Action Log

Under “Username”, the log is not clear. Is shown the one who taken the action or create the action or should take up the action?

  • If refer to the first log, the UAT-Viewer “Like Facebook” which is correct
  • But if referring to the second log, UAT-Admin is the one who created this case not UAT-Viewer?

Add Conversation: FB

Add related conversation should be adding in related conversation from the person who post, not the reply person.

Should also search across different sub tabs - Wall Post, PM

Log Button to View Log Details

As per wireframe, there is supposed to have a log button to view the log details, like the compose message by the Assigner, date, time, case tag & etc.

Message when No Related Conversations

Insert a sentence to shown the search result. E.g. if there is no related conversation. Should notify the users there is no related conversation recorded or found. Do not leave it empty.

E-mail Field Autocomplete

As per wireframe, the text field

  • Should be able to “Auto Detect” the full email or username when the user is typing. E.g. when the user type “Nic”, here will auto show a list of username start with Nic and allow users to select accordingly.
  • And also is supported either “Username” or type “Full email address”. Tested to fill-in “UAT-Author”, but no case and log recorded that case are forwarded to UAT-Author.

Search is not Functioning

“Search” is not functioning. Tested to search “Type” & “User”. Nothing filter, it’s just refresh the streams.

Reply Should show Time Stamp

As per wireframe, there is an action, date & time log shown under “Replied” status. E.g. Replied by: Nicole Lee . Oct23, 2013, 9:09am

Timestamp Incorrect

The “Time Stamp” shown in the action log is not accurate.

  • I test the like function around 10 AM. But time recorded is 02:30 AM
  • I test assign case function around 11 AM. But time recorded is 03:24 AM

Have to change the timezone of the server

Hide Assign Case and Notification from "Viewer"

Viewer is NOT supposed to receive any “Assign Case”. Because they can’t take any action; like Reply or Resolve them. Hence, “Notification” is not applicable for normal viewer.

Please disable “Notification” & also do not allow anyone to “Assign Case” to viewer users.

Viewer is ONLY allowed to view, search & view action log history. Please disable that admin function – not just disable is total hide the buttons from navigator. Please see 1 on screenshot.

Social Media Images must be Proxied

Profile picture & attached image MUST store in DB and viewable when accessing via Maybank LAN network.

Important finding. I have done the testing for viewer access. And as mentioned many times, all the attached images and profile picture MUST be store in DB and get it display in the stream.

As I am doing a testing via a blocked social network IP via Maybank LAN network. All the images and profile picture are pointed to Social channels. It will not shown in a blocked IP.

Reply, Resolve & Reassign Should Appear

Admin, Manager, Assigner & Recipient should allow to “Reply”, “Resolve” and "Re-assign*" an assigned case.

Thus, the “Reply” & “Resolve” buttons should be available for the users for Admin, Manager, Assigner & Recipient.

*Re-assign: Let’s work out how we can re-assign an assigned cases to another user.

Can't Reply to Facebook Thread

Can’t reply a thread. When click on “Send”, it’s kept showing “Sending...”. The “Message Sent” alert not shows and the message is not send out to Facebook page.

! This is happened to text with attachment & also text with shorten link.
