Currently, the filter form only shows a select few gates (OR, AND, SAND) and results (MTTF, Unreliability et al.).
Change this so that JS generates the checkboxes by parsing which gates and result types are found in the trees.

The seqand gates must be referred as SAND gates.

The static or dynamic part comes in the data values for the leaves. If the data is exponential function (as in Fault trees in the link) they are said to be dynamic. Static AT consist of time-invariant values (the input of ADTool)

Especially filter and navigation bar should have a common base template.

Refine backend validation by sorting out which field is required and which is not.

Add JS and HTML form validation so the user knows which forms are necessary.
